Melon & Parma Ham ($4.50/scoop for Premium flavour)
A light orange color similar to rock melon, with bits of ham in it. Kind of reminding me of bacon ice cream.

An interesting flavour is the white colored Truffle ($4.50/ scoop for Premium flavour). It really has truffle taste which is usually in savoury food as Truffle fries and Truffle egg.
