Topup S$1 for extra lor bak (braised meat)
Mixed bee hoon & mee version
Served with slices of fishcake and ngor hiang, fried fish nuggets, stewed pork belly and braised egg, serving with sambal chill, red/green chopped chillies, and minced garlic.
Long queue with about 10 pax in front of me.
Favourite part would be the crispy battered fish.

Melon & Parma Ham ($4.50/scoop for Premium flavour)
A light orange color similar to rock melon, with bits of ham in it. Kind of reminding me of bacon ice cream.

An interesting flavour is the white colored Truffle ($4.50/ scoop for Premium flavour). It really has truffle taste which is usually in savoury food as Truffle fries and Truffle egg.

Passionfruit Meringue Tart
Tastes sweet and bit tart. Crust can cut through easily. Looking so pretty like a flower 🌸 . Available at @creamandcustard

Smoked Salmon Hash ($19)
Pan roasted bacon & potato hash, cold smoked Norwegian salmon, soft centre free range hen's egg, housemade pesto, baby spinach & freshly grated Parmesan. A bit too salty for me with smoked salmon and bacon.
