I would coin this “soon kueh in a bao/pau”; don’t u agree! 😎 Flavourful turnip lightly seasoned with pepper retained its natural sweetness & slight crunch.. Goes really well with the earthy tones of dried mushrooms & crisp black fungus! 😋😋😋 Would have been better if it contained the aroma of dried shrimps but since this was a vegetarian option, I have no complaints! 👍🏻
