We think this is called ‘roadkill’ cuz it got flattened HAHA, the chicken was decorated with simple spices and this went beautifully well with the cumin yoghurt sauce. This combination had a magical texture (from the coriander, mustard, and celery seeds) and tangy sourness (we asked for more sauce!) that made us want more with every bite!
