Beautiful desserts but pretty expensive and slightly above average quality I would say.
Not sure why will get jelak with each bite.

SG56. Rhubarb strawberry mousse, rhubarb jelly, orange lemon sponge, vanilla Chantilly and sable cookie. Citrusy, tarty and sourish yet so appetising after having a meal.

Nice. Cinnamon crumble base, caramel apple cremeux, green apple mousse, almond sponge and mint glaze. This is good. The caramel apple is delicious. Indeed gave me a poison.

Hazelnut crumble, Earl Grey sponge, Earl Grey mousse, peach mousse and peach jelly. Peachy and distinct earl grey tea taste. Light sweetness, smooth, creamy and airy.

Interesting content. Sesame sponge, Yuzu curd, Vanilla chantilly, Matcha ganache and chocolate sable. More prominent in the sesame taste first then aftertaste of matcha. Light sweetness. The outer layer cream will make you jelak.
