The take things slowly one – you eat the sambal bit by bit with the rice and other condiments? Or the campur sekali one – you mix the sambal, peanuts and ikan bilis altogether with the rice so everything is a beautiful melange of red hot shiokness? I'm the latter but I usually one-up by breaking the yolk of the egg as well as cutting the otah into smaller pieces and weave both into the rice mix. But that's just me. Ok, that's all.
