With over 20 ingredients, 3 types of noodles and 4 spice level from no spice to hot for your Malatang. You may go for dry version too! But I think itโs good to try the Signature soup version as the broth is made from rich chicken soup. Iโve ordered for mildly spiced malatang with extra udon noodles. The heat was very mild with a hint of numbing yet I could taste the sweetness of the chicken soup. There are some condiments like chilli sauce if you would like to add extra spice to your malatang. .
