Given that this is S$14.50, I think they do give a relatively good portion of macaroni in the bowl. What is different from most other Mac & Cheese is that they use mozzarella and cheddar, and most of them gather at the top to give it a more solid crust. The sous vide egg on top would of course add some aesthetic value to make the dish Instagram-able.

On the downside, because the cheese does not coat the middle and bottom layer so much, I ended up seeing a pool of truffle oil gathering at the bottom of the bowl. Pity......

To put it on record as a side note, a pint of Kronenberg beer goes at S$10.00 during Happy Hour (5.00pm - 9.00pm daily), so yes I am still happy on the whole!
