This is clean eating upsized. I chose to have a veritable mountain of cauliflower, broccoli and romaine lettuce smothered in fresh cherry tomatoes and a whole hill full of wonderful black olives, and topped off with a hefty chicken thigh fillet for $9.90. The pesto sauce that rained upon the fields of green was decent, but lacked saltiness. The sous vide chicken was on a whole new plane of existence though. Throughly marinated, it was packed full of wonderful flavor and it fell apart at the slightest provocation. I couldn't stop om-nom-nomming this excellent yet guilt-free salad.
