Good for 2-3 pax. I wasn’t sure what to expect from this dish, but I found it quite ordinary, similar to home-cooked food. My friends who had tried the original version in Korea mentioned that this tasted noticeably different.

Instead of dried chilli heat, the spiciness was peppery. The portion was huge, and we couldn’t finish it, so we had them pack it up.

It’s basically braised chicken stew with thick, chewy glass noodles, potatoes, carrots, cabbage, onions, leeks, and rice cakes. At least the chicken was tender and packed with flavour.
