A flatbread stuffed with pecorino and camemebert cheeses, with truffle and mushroom. There was honey provided on the side to drizzle over and it was served with fried eggs and a small salad.

The flatbread itself was exquisitely savory. Kind of like an elevated pizza; it was crunchy on the outside but the blend of cheese inside was delightful. The truffle flavor didn't come through very strongly, and the sunny side eggs were so super oily and the yolks not runny at all so I don't understand how the eggs could be 'for dipping' as the menu stated. 🤔 I did appreciate the honey though. That added the special something I found missing in my initial honey-less bites.

I'm not sure it's worth the $18 price tag but hey it was still pretty good.
