The banchan was so good tho. I loved everything except the kimchi, which was average.
Seaweed - nicely seasoned, moist and slightly spicy.
Cucumbers - refreshing and slightly crunchy, and didn’t have that raw cucumber flavour.
Mashed potato - it’s pretty sweet, but I liked it a lot. It’s like an egg mayo mashed potato, you can see the egg white bits within.
Kimchi - thought it was spicier than other kimchis, it could be more tangy and flavourful though.
Radish - large chunky cubes of very crunchy radish, was very refreshing and slightly spicy.
Beansprouts - seasoned with sesame oil and mixed with black & white sesame seeds, these were crunchy and fragrant.
Overall, having tried this place on 2 occasions, would say to skip the pork cutlet, bibimbap was ok but not super satisfying, fried chicken is nice, gimbap and banchan is very good. Guess I prefer their sides.
