Chilling out at the Wine Fiesta with this “Textures of Coconut”.

Delicious Coconut jelly, coconut flesh, coconut Sorbet and topped with grated coconut. Perfect during this hot day. Would've been good to have something to hold the coconut with so that it doesn't get hands all sticky.

Rainy Monday morning has got me thinking of the freshly prepped Tempura Slipper Lobster, served with smoked miso, and @CheekByJowlSG's classic Duck & Waffles that we had at @WineFiestaSG event over the weekend.

Trying to fall asleep, but thinking of food like this plate of Bratwurst sausages.
