The unanimous favourite at the table came in the form of their Iberico Pork Chop Ssam ($30). The small plate was it for me (though I wish it wasn’t that small). Succulent and flavourful, the seasoned thick sliced pork was well-executed and perfectly textured (not too fatty or lean). Love love love the charred edges. On the side were an assortment of lettuces and Shiso Perilla Leaves as well as Thai Chili Dipping Sauce, Nam Jim Jaew.
