Charcoal roasted so sometimes it may turn out darker than usual as in my case. But from you colour u can infer how much flavour there is in that meat. It's slightly cold though and the skin isn't crispy anymore. That being said it was still reasonably tender even if it were a little dry, which is nothing a little plum sauce couldn't remedy.
Their homemade sambal is quite dense and really goes perfectly with the roasted duck.
