Heard so much about Un-Yang-Kor-Dai, what with it being on the Michelin Bib Gourmand list 3 years in a row (2021 - 2023). Maybe this hyped it up too much in my mind, but I felt that what I ate was just.... Okay. Not bad (except 1 dish), but certainly not outstanding IMHO.

Let's get the offending dish out of the way: 𝑮𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝑷𝒐𝒓𝒌 𝑵𝒆𝒄𝒌 ($17.00++). I don't know how one can mess up pork neck, but it was actually pretty dry & tough to eat. Didn't expect that, & definitely wouldn't order it again.
