Picked cha soba as my choice of carb, lemongrass chicken thigh as my protein, and my three toppings were: pickled cucumbers, beansprouts and roasted celery. Chose the Thai spicy vinaigrette as the dressing for my salad.

The soba tasted a little stale - perhaps because they kept it in the plastic container for quite a while and when I ordered, they simply took the container out and added the additional ingredients. Even though I could barely taste any hint of lemongrass in the lemongrass chicken thigh, the chicken meat was tender and I quite like it. All three toppings were pretty well-seasoned, albeit being a tad too oily. Picked the wrong choice of dressing, as the vinaigrette was way too sweet and did not go well with my salad.

Overall, I'm satisfied with my choice of toppings, but not so with the soba and the dressing. I loved how generous the portion was, despite the cheaper price point in comparison to other salad shops. This did not fill me up though... I think I should pick two or even three proteins the next time I order 😅
