Opened in May 2020, @kiyoshi_japanese_restaurant is a family-style restaurant specialising in Inaniwa udon, yakitori, sushi and affordable bento sets.
A unique thing here is that @kiyoshi_japanese_restaurant makes their own hand-made soba by grinding their own soba powder from seed, allowing the soba fragrance to linger in the noodles. No stabiliser are used.
