This was their Beef Platter which fed four of us. The striploin was exquisitely tender, while the Wagyu hanger boasted great flavour. The ribeye was slightly lacklustre, a bit on the tough side and lacking that beefy punch. They also do a mean rendition of Gordon Ramsay’s signature dish - Beef Wellington. 8/10!
