One of the reason why I recommended this Prata shop was not just about their crispy Prata, because the way they operated - Small, family orientated stall.

Before the sun is up, the father will knead the dough and the mom prepared the curry. Sometimes during school holiday and weekend, the daughter help to collect orders. .
