When you mention Mexican food, there are a few classics that comes to mind but one of my favourites would have to be tortilla CHIPS! 🤩🤩🤩 Just a plate of these crunchy munchies paired with some tangy salsa 🍅 & creamy guacamole 🥑 will be so heavenly!

The Queso Fundido ($19++) here at @lasalsasingapore has given a whole new lease of life to the corn chips! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 Despite being a vegetarian option, I’ve come to realise why this is so popular among other diners! ❤ Featuring mozzarella cheese balls in a tomatillo sauce, there is nothing to not love about this dish!

The cheese balls 🧀 were lightly breaded & fried to the perfect golden brown, donning a nice crisp coat while revealing a stretchy & creamy inside that retains a nice chew. 🤤🤤🤤 I’m guessing they used Jalapeno peppers 🌶 in the tomatillo sauce so it does have quite a bit of spicy kick but it was certainly shiok (satisfying)! 🔥 The richness in its flavours got me going for more dips with the tortilla chips! 💕
