Feeling inquisitive. Presenting my dessert. Freshly made prata with raspberry ripple ice cream lying snugly inside. Topped with fresh cream and colorful sprinkles. I liked that the prata was warm and crispy. Eaten with the ice cream, the combi was alittle unique similar to the old fashion ice cream in a slice of bread. The cream and sprinkles were too over the top. Could do without it.

Anyway I scraped the cream away as it was too sweet for my not so sweettooth. Have you tried this?
