Very passionate baking professionals and high quality ingredients. For mooncakes, the ginger enzyme and yuzu are my favs. My colleagues love the raspberry black sesame (in pink). The sea salt caramel was a bit too salty but I didn't pick it up during the sampling. Seriously recommend the tea cakes *swipe left to see tasting sample* and their cookies are so good!!! Mostly things are made to order and made on the day of collection.
