New eatery in the ancient Queensway. He calls himself legendary, but his noodles were a bit too soft and cheap for me. But don't get me wrong, I feel he got standard. His food is more elegantly put together than other PRC spots. The soup had more depth than others, while I appreciate the beef was chunks instead of slices, although it was a bit rubbery.
