Toasty bread topped with a fresh tomato salsa and avocado. The poached egg was a little more done than what I like, but still beautifully creamy. So refreshing to start a day of cafe hopping.

This was actually part of a lunch set (that starts at 10am hehe) and came with a tangy tomato soup. I love all soup and this one had a great balance of sweet and salty.
