I tried the Lava Toast from Meet and Melt quite some time ago and I remembering it to be a delicious dessert, but having passed by so many times Bojio cafe which happens to be by the same people behind Meet and Melt, I haven't tried it out until now. It was a tough choice to make even for deciding between Shibuya and Lava Toast because all their flavours looked too good.

Eventually we decided on something flowy and chose the Earl Grey Lava toast. I am not too sure if it comes with the charcoal toast by default but it was served to us without me choosing the charcoal version, but I am not complaining because it smells equally nice, and retaining a crispy exterior. The Earl Grey Lava oozed out immediately after the first cut, leaving the interior too hollow. Soon you find the plate full of the lava but an empty toast. The lava, although had a light floral Earl grey flavour thus not being too sweet, was instead a little too watery. But of course, the plate was wiped clean with the toast.

They also had a selection of ice cream flavours such as matcha and bubblegum. Sea salt gula Melaka being a premium flavour was charged at an additional dollar. But I liked how the slight saltiness tingled my tastebuds amidst all the sweetness. The ice cream melted quite quickly though. The entire dessert had a nice presentation, with fruit loops, biscuit gems and marshmallows decorating the side. But the price isn't too wallet friendly for this portion.
