My comfort food since NUS days (and I always always go back to my fav cream sauce even though each time I tell myself that I want to try the tomato / aglio...) my fav combi is cream sauce + smoked duck breast + corn + sous vide egg 😍 pretty salty and savoury actually (when the cream sauce is infused into the smoked duck) but I like it!! And the sweet corn bits neutralises the saltiness so well 😌
