I absolutely loved the idea of this dish -- the dessert version of nachos.

Triangular torilla pieces were fried to crisp perfection, yet remaining ever so light because they were so thin. They reminded me of really, really crispy churros! The cold ice cream was definitely a nice contrast with the hot, freshly fried triangles.
I'm usually not a fan of soggy anything but really, the best part is getting a tortilla piece that was soaked with melted ice cream, drenched in chocolate sauce.

Ahhh, what a way to end a fantastic meal.
