One of the best prawn noodles I have tasted. Nice presentation as the soup, or rather the prawn broth, is served in a claypot separate from the noodles in another bowl. The broth is so rich, full-bodied and bursts of umami prawn aroma. The prawns are de-shelled leaving only the heads and tails so it is easy on the fingers.
