I opted for the softserve in silo, with the twist (charcoal soy & vanilla soy). Good news is that the softserve here is also vegan-friendly! The softserve is smooth, creamy and thick with an intense, distinct and pleasant lingering soya flavour and fragrance. Much better than Mr Bean’s one IMO but of course this comes with a higher pricetag. But well, u get what you pay for 😌. I personally prefer the black charcoal soya flavour which was less sweet and milky as compared to the vanilla soy, with a mild lingering woody aftertaste. However, the softserve machine seems to be inconsistent with the proportion of twist. My first visit comprised of a higher proportion of black charcoal: vanilla soya but on the 2nd visit today, it was vice versa (as featured in the first picture). Really a great pity that the shop’s ceasing operations on 15 April, hurry and head down now to try before they are closed permanently!!😿
