The many hours of slow cooking yields a hearty & tender beef shank 🥩 that you can easily sink your teeth into & does not require much jaw power to chew. ✌🏻 The generous amount of roasted baby potatoes 🥔 completes the picture, making this a really satisfying & filling meal. 😋😋😋
