Black Mamba ($25++)
Their famous Black Mamba that everyone raved about. NGL this squid ink fried rice somehow really reminded did claypot rice, not sure if the fermented chilli sambal played a part, or it could just be the skillet 🤭. I noticed they've changed their plating, which also kept the food warmer for a longer time, so that's great!
