I had this Ngoh Hiang abt 10 to 15 years ago. Their Original stall is located at one of Tiong Bahru Shop House after that shifted to Zion Road Finally Settling down at Tanjong Pagar Plaza Coffee Shop. Let me tell u the stall owner insist on using small pot to fry their fritter. If u ask me the stall owner maintain his standard insist of frying the prawn fritter one by one. Their Ngoh Hiang is must try too the stal owner also homemade it daily. Pls come Early to avoid Dissappointment as the stall owner only do 2 to 3 hrs business.
