This is a well-loved signature dish at Red House Seafood featuring lobster that has been thinly battered, deep-fried, then stir-fried in a rich and creamy custard sauce made with evaporated milk and unsalted butter. Refreshing pickled vegetables are served on the side to complement the decadent crustacean. The lobster is fresh, firm with spongy texture and the custard sauce is damn good.
