This is overpriced yes, but only if you can have it in china. It's simply impossible for most people to source this quality Doumiao unless you're a restaurant, it's as tender as it can be while the ones u grab at supermarkets are really tough no matter how u cook it. Executed perfectly, and only mildly salty so it keeps you going back. Delicious stuff, but only if you appreciate and have tried to make it yourself.

Otherwise it may just be a decent plain veggie to you
