Pampered by crispy prata lately but this hits hard in terms of nostalgia.

Well-toasted, flaky kosong prata that soaks up the generous thick and spicy fish curry really well. I tot the egg parts needed a bit more browning but turns out the parts without egg were already really crispy. Overall a fantastic choice for standard prata
