My all time favorite carrot cake here, Heng Leong Carrot Cake. It is underrated because all food bloggers will recommended the other stall.

The carrot cake are freshly made in the stall, steamed and fried with garlic before adding the thick black sweet sauce. Their $2 version is good portion to fill the stomach.
