I choose popping pearls, mini marshallow, nata de coco for toppings and maple sauce for sauce. I felt that chocolate was overshadowed and covered up salted caramel taste but tasted like strong hints of hazelnuts. As ice cream melted so fast, it didn't affected egglet to be soggy. Egglet just be chewy, easily to cut through and complemented well with ice cream.
