Absolute sucker for basque cheesecake that are toasted on the surface with gooey cheese filling flowing out. Have been sourcing for alternatives of Olivia’s. This piece meets the expectations of gooey-ness but the filling does taste a lot more yoghurt-ish than cheesy. I do like how the cheesecake on the outside is soft and moist. Sadly their Hojicha flavour is OOS. Will probably come back to try and share my verdict!
