Pork's texture was pretty decent, the meat was not particularly tender but because of the fattiness overall it's good. It's a savoury braise with nary a bit of sweetness. Not very greasy too

I would say it's competent and quite different from the sweet braise I'm used to, but definitely not a mindblowing rendition
