Croisserie’s new outlet at Robinson, Four Seasons place is really cozy place to chill with loads of patisserie and specialty drinks to offer. I was so looking forward to try their famous Mont Blanc. Nicely baked tart shell filled with blueberry jam, cream chantilly and chestnut purée. To be honest, was disappointed that the tart shell was terribly hard and the chestnut purée was so dry and not creamy. It’s basically flaky dry and the rest of the filling was quite dry too. I guess they didn’t have quality control on this or it has been on display for a period of time. RM17.50 per piece.
