Musette is a spanking minimalist, bicycle-friendly cafe hidden in an office building. The irony is that car showrooms populate the entire road.

The breakfast menu features sandwiches, pancakes, a granola bowl and an açai bowl in addition to the Build Your Own Breakfast option. The 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗳𝗮𝘀𝘁 𝗦𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 ($19) was my choice.

Generous portions of smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, cheddar cheese and chipotle sauce were stuffed between lightly toasted bread. The combination worked wonderfully, and even though it got messy with the contents dripping down my fingers, the sandwich was stupendously scrumptious.

I also liked the 𝗙𝗹𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗶𝘁𝗲 ($6) for its medium-bodied robustness. I was impressed with the food and ambiance at @musette.sg and would definitely return.
