Instead of jelat white sauce, the rigatoni shells were coated thinly with the egg yolk pecorino sauce and went well with the saltiness of the guanciale. The dish was good but we did find the pasta to be very al dente and tougher to bite.

We loved how the pastas were served on nostalgic blue rimmed metal plates! With the amount of effort put into the preparation of these dishes along with the affordable price (c’mon authentic pasta for 10 bucks 😩😩) the 3 hour wait was worth it. We’d say that if you really wanna try all 4 dishes, coming before 8am would be wise because crowds are definitely expected during their last week! We will definitely miss them when this collab is over but we know we will definitely be back to support nudedles.4 πŸ€—πŸ€—
