The only fishball noodles that we would eat is from Ming Fa Fishball. Noodles springy, fishballs so freshly sweet and bouncy, unlike the frozen ones we get from supermarkets. Even the vinegar, chili and tomato used for the noodles balances out each other to give a generous flavor to each strand of noodle 🍜 #burpple
