Genmaicha is one of my (many) favourite flavour from Matchaya! Although not as strong as houjicha, the light roasty flavour with a hint of nuttiness is very much appreciated.

I can see the improvement in the texture of their warabi mochi, and I couldn't get enough, I need more! Too bad we are not fans of the roasted rice's texture, we preferred the usual puffed rice 😁

The kuromitsu espuma and salted cookie crumbs are a very nice touch and I love the combination made with the softserve 🤤
