What I tried,

Cod Papilotte.
The fish is bake using the French technique of baking in parchment paper together with spring onions, ginger & other vegetables, which is a good rendition of a Cantonese classic. Doused in Superior Soy Sauce, giving it an Asian flavour. The cooking method makes the fish softer & less oily, while the Chinese-style of seasoning makes it feel homely and comforting. This is my 2nd favourite dish
