Decided to have some Delifrance for breakfast after walking past it everyday before going up to office. Delifrance prides itself in preparing their pastries fresh everyday. The croissant that I had though was slightly soft, I think it was one of the first few batches being made... The seafood stuffing contains a mix of crabmeat, tuna, and mayo, coming together to form a thick and creamy emulsion that can feel 'gelat' for some. For a safer option, go for the Tuna.
