As a featured dish, the Tokusen Sapporo Miso Ramen (S$19.50) came across as an all-in ramen, with 10 ingredients to complement one another. Another benefit of eating here was that they offered a free upsize of the portion of noodles, which I think was about 50% more than the regular portion. I think.
Sadly, other than stuffing myself silly with the noodles and the ingredients, I turned out to be more satiated than satisfied, because I probably placed more expectations on the broth. This time, the soup base tasted a little watered down and lacked that punch of umami, which typical Sapporo-style ramen would be able to provide. Weighing the value altogether, I might walk in next time with the intention of eating the more basic variants of the Menrui (้บบ้ก) available.
