Being barely a week old, I understand how operations may not be smooth and lotsa problems may not have been ironed out; but I don't think serving a plate with watery, more-than-half-melted scoop of ice cream is acceptable. It's sloppy work. Taste-wise, the matcha ice cream wasn't too sweet and retained a little of its characteristic bitterness which we liked; toast, though unevenly buttered, was crisp and acceptably fluffy. So admittedly there is some promise here. But I can't get past that insincere melted mess.
