Our familiar local coffeeshop kopi - but angmoh style! Stuck to the usual ingredients of nanyang coffee with condensed milk, but spiced it up with salt and pepper. Brew was rich and smooth, surprisingly not too sweet even though we got it at its default sweetness option. Tasted similar to Kopi but had the texture of western lattes. The latte art was super cool.
Not really sure what the salt and pepper were there for, is that supposed to represent Singapore? 🤔 Most of the pepper ended up at the bottom of our cup, so we didn’t drink the last part of the latte, it being way too spicy for us.
Cafe was nice and spacious, staff were friendly too. There was a water dispenser where you could help yourself to plain water, which was nice. We visited on a public holiday and the place was almost full!
